The Briefing
When Pierre-Karl Peladeau and Quebecor decided to try to change the Canadian TV industry, they called Reeves Communication to create a Powerpoint presentation and a Web Site to make sure the public would know about the initiative. Techniconseils was hired to create the engine for the community Web site, including a custom search engine and a engine that allowed the customer to create, modify and delete pages by themselves.
The engine, based on the LCMM engine built in 2006 by Techniconseils was built in PHP using a MySQL back-end.
